THE AI Playbook - Daily briefing

When it comes to search engine optimization (SEO), the field of battle is always changing. The keywords and tactics you used last month may no longer be working well, and your competition is always trying to get an edge. The ability to stay relevant has become even trickier as users split their attention between traditional Google search and conversations with AI chatbots.

On this week’s episode, we look at an SEO improvement flow that runs across five different agents.

The first performs research and analysis, giving you a hit list of keywords where it sees opportunity.

The second takes those keywords and crafts a strategic plan to boost your ranking for that keyword cluster.

The third agent puts the plan into action, drafting a blog post and metadata, then running a check against your SEO best practices and brand standards.

The fourth agent takes the approved blog and pushes it to your CMS, whether that’s WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or something else. It can create illustrations on the fly and publish once you vet the preview.

The fifth agent brings the process full circle. It runs one week later, checking to see if the new blog had any meaningful impact on your brand’s ranking on key search pages for those terms. It then feeds its findings back into the first agent, allowing it to update and optimize its approach to research and analysis.

The process could be run as one long flow for a single agent, but splitting it up provides opportunities for a human in the loop. At key milestones, you can check the advice or content the AI is offering and adjust based on your judgement and experience.

If you want a deeper dive into how these five agents work in concert, check out the video below.
