Go1 improves efficiency, maintains consistency, and reduces errors with Writer

Challenge

Go1 is a content aggregator for learning and development professionals. When Content Marketing Lead Emily DiLaura joined in 2023, the content team had limited resources and faced many different demands. Now, using a custom AI app powered by its own Knowledge Graph, the team automatically generates high-quality responses for new RFPs in their required spreadsheet format, using previously completed RFPs as a reference. “Not only has Writer halved the time it takes us to complete RFPs, it’s significantly reduced the ramp time for new team members and helped us establish nearly zero drop in service,” says Director of Sales Enablement Chad Trabucco.

Results

The marketing team uses Writer for various use cases, including article outlines, webinar recaps, outbound emails, case studies, and campaigns. Go1’s Knowledge Graph has over 160 resources to help their marketing team and make sure assets use the most recent and accurate information.

While Go1 has its headquarters in Australia, the go-to-market team works with prospects across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. SDRs heavily rely on the multilingual capabilities of Writer to create outbound emails for international prospects, saving significant time and translation agency costs. Go1 also maintains multiple style guides for American English, Australian English, and British English to automatically ensure consistency in multiple languages.
